Our Most Frequently Asked Questions:

A: Virtually anything, domestic storage, commercial items, furniture, books, clothes, personal effects, appliances, files, office equipment, documents etc. You bring your goods or possessions to the storage centre, lock them in the secure container and can access your storage 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You are the sole key holder. You can store almost anything however, please note that we cannot accept flammable, perishable, live or illegal goods.

 A: You can store your goods or possessions from as little as 4 weeks for as long as you need. Storage containers can be reserved in advance to make sure the size you require is available on the day you need it. Self-storage is secure and hassle free.

A: No, we can provide you with a padlock free of charge but you can also use your own padlock.

A: We have video CCTV surveillance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Containerised storage is also one of the most secure forms of storage on the market and your container is for your sole use.

A: You can come and go as you please, 7 days a week with access 24 hours. 

A: Yes, your goods must be insured whilst in store with us. Cover may already be provided via an existing policy you hold (for example your household insurance policy) but if this is not the case you will need to obtain suitable cover before storing.

A: We will invoice you on a monthly basis, payable in advance. However, we insist on two weeks’ notice before you vacate the unit.
